Terms
The terms for using Vantage. They are deliberately short and in plain language, so you can read all of them.
Who can use it
You must be 21 or older to use Vantage, and somewhere it's legal for you to use it. Accepting these terms when you sign up is you telling us that's true.
Free trial
New eligible accounts can start one seven-day free trial after choosing a plan and providing payment details through Stripe Checkout. The trial includes 10 Ask Vantage questions. Unless you cancel in Billing before the trial ends, your selected plan is charged at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout, plus applicable tax, and renews until canceled. Existing no-card trials retain their original end dates and do not convert to paid subscriptions automatically. Your account and saved items are kept when access ends.
Billing and cancelling
Your plan renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Billing → Manage billing. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for; no partial refunds.
AI and what it isn't
Ask Vantage and the editorial copy are AI-written from our data; they can be wrong and are never advice.
What you can do with what you see
Use it for your own research, and quote it in your own work with attribution. Do not resell it, republish it wholesale, or scrape it to rebuild the product elsewhere.
Not affiliated
Vantage isn't connected to the NFL, its teams, or any sportsbook named here. Their names and marks belong to them.
Copyright complaints
Think something here infringes your work? Email support@vantage-ai-labs.com with the page and what you own. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
No warranty
Vantage is provided as is. The underlying data comes from third parties, and neither it nor any estimate built on it is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Decisions you make with it are yours.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Vantage is not liable for any wager, loss of money, or indirect or consequential loss tied to your use of it, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending it
You can stop at any time, and delete your account yourself in Settings. We can end access if it is being used in a way that harms the product or another person, and we will say why.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders before the change takes effect. Questions go to support@vantage-ai-labs.com.
