The terms on which you can use Vantage during the alpha. They are deliberately short, because the product is small and the relationship is direct.
This is a working draft written by the people who build Vantage. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it will be before the alpha opens to anyone outside the founding cohort.
The alpha
Access opens with a one-week free trial while the product is being built. Things will break, numbers will change as the warehouse improves, and features will move. Tell us when something is wrong; that is most of what the alpha is for.
What you can do with what you see
Use it for your own research, and quote it in your own work with attribution. Do not resell it, republish it wholesale, or scrape it to rebuild the product elsewhere.
No warranty
Vantage is provided as is. The underlying data comes from third parties, and neither it nor any estimate built on it is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Decisions you make with it are yours.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end access if it is being used in a way that harms the product or another person, and we will say why.
